It was a good stay. However, the hotel could have been a bit more clean. Swimming pool water, room and bathroom was not clean enough. Food was excellent, VFM. Have a nice sea view from hotel, really enjoyable

It was okay just okay. There was no wow factor, the property needs maintenance. The rooms are very small. The property apparently tried to do more in a very less space available which has made it very clustered. I have been to many other hotels in Mandarmani. this was definitely not the pleasant stay I was expecting.

Poor Stay

I had high hopes for Sher Bengal Beach Resort as i have been here once in the past, but unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. The staff were surprisingly rude and unprofessional — any basic requests were met with apathy or outright attitude. Hospitality seemed to be the last thing on their minds. The food is shockingly overpriced for the quality offered. Very average taste, and definitely not worth the premium they charge. What’s worse, the pool area was filthy — littered, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned regularly. To make things even more uncomfortable, people were openly smoking and drinking inside the pool, and the management seemed to turn a blind eye to it. Overall, it felt like the place had no proper rules or service standards. Definitely not the relaxing beach getaway I was hoping for. Would not recommend.

Location was excellent. The staffs are very cooperative and well mannered. The food quality is good. Over all ambience is very good.

A Superb Vacation

The property was located at a very strategic point. Away from the noise of the town but right at the beach. You can feel the salty sandy sea water blow right at your face. The food was class apart. Top notch starting from quality, quantity and taste. The behaviour of the staff deserves a special mention. Round the clock service with a constant smile made the stay even better.
