very bad, worst. rooms were not cleaned. swimming pool is risky, no lights around it. food was awfully expensive as per the property standard. bf was limited and jot good. food was bad. support staff was less and no manager on the floor. never ever go there

I would appreciate it if you could consider the following feedback to improve your services. *Check-in Process:* Unfortunately, the check-in process took an excessively long time, with a wait of over 4 hours from 2 pm to 6 pm. This was a significant portion of my stay, and I hope you can look into streamlining your check-in process to minimize wait times for future guests. *Room Service:* The room service was slow to respond, and I had to wait for an extended period for my requests to be fulfilled. Additionally, there were no towels provided in the room, which was inconvenient. *Pool Facilities:* I also noticed that there was no towel service available near the swimming pool, which would have been a nice touch. *Request for Complimentary Stay:* Considering the issues I experienced during my stay, I would appreciate it if you could offer a complimentary stay on my next visit. I believe this would be a gesture of goodwill and a way to make up for the inconvenience I faced. a hidden gem with a lot of greenery, calm, spacious rooms and suites, great pool for small kids and amazing food. We booked 2 suites in an amazing price with buffet breakfast + 1 meal. It was an amazing weekend getaway so close to Delhi .. yet quite and serene. The staff is also quite polite. Property is clean.

Excellent stay. Property is very well maintained and rooms are very spacious and clean. The best part is the food ..it is served hot and very delicious . Food prices are bit high but taste is very good. Need to improve little bit on room service as they take lot of time to deliver anything if you request from room. Stayed at Sunday Hotel which awesome resort near Gurgoan . Got the complimentary room upgrade attached balcony along pool view. Food was awesome buffet grid is nice.
