Never choose this hotel for your stay by looking into the images shown in website. you will definitely regret for giving money .. you will be welcomed with a bad smell in the lounge along with a staff who is not intrested to attend .. once you enter the room again bad smell with terrible toilet fcility . flish wasnot working ,no hot water ,no force for the water flow. for dinner there is a hotel named Impire in the underground.. such an unhygienic hotel i have never seen. So better dont choose this hotel for your stay

Stay was not comfortable, no 4 wheeler parking, rooms and common corridors were stinking. Was asked to pay extra for the bed though room was booked for kids, not a good experience and bad receptionist.

Very bad over all experience. Rooms are not maintained. Bathroom is very small and flush doesn’t work at all. We requested for one towel per person but they refused to give. They did not give us an extra bottle of water. We asked for plates which they refused to give. Over all our stay was a nightmare which we will never forget. The attitude of the staffs and all present there was very very rude towards us. Mangalore inn is not tourist friendly. I will definitely not recommend this scary property to anyone. Pols do note we are travel agent from kolkata.

Nice place to stay.

Newly constructed, with full cleanliness, equipped with all the basic amenities, market centered, on walking distance bus stand, etc. Pri ces are good, but per hour early check-in price of rs. 100- is bit costly. This should be mentioned during booking, so that unnecessary cost burden will not be there. As a business tours, we usually travel with early morning flights, so the check-in will be likewise. This is to be considered.

Hotel was quite good. But only disadvantage was the lift in the hotel was upto 4th floor and the actual hotel was located on the 5th floor. Since it was bit difficult for me to take my mother -in -law 01 level up walking. Room was quite good pleasant and peaceful. Hotel is centrally located.

Decent stay and convenient place to commute to different part of the city

It’s a good place for a family to stay and the staff were friendly and co operative in addressing any issues. The location is near mangalore private bus stand and the port that takes to bengre sunset point. Easy to commute to different parts of the city. Everything was good, except there is no proper ventilation for the room that we stayed in.

Location is not at all good as it is in the middle of market and this hotel is in the 5th floor of a building where lift is not working properly. Lift will not work from ground floor, we have to climb to first floor and then press the lift. Hope they will repair it soon. This is newly built hotel and inside everything looks new and fresh.
