Beautiful Property staff and food is good in breakfast they need to add some more item else everything is look good to me

Good service of Makemy trip. Hotel food is excellent 👌 good hospital. but services is ok ok had good time

Room was ordinary. Swimming pool is under maintenance even in full season. Service was good but not up to the mark.

1. Rooms were not ready at 1:30 PM. Check in time is 1 PM. They were cleaning room while we were sitting. 2. Soiled dirty blankets whith holes. There was some foul smell coming from bed sheet. Also saw and click bed bugs on mattress. 3. Cocktoaches in the room, Dressing area. 4. Have to ask for toiletries and fresh towels after room service. 5. There were 12-15 guests who were dancing and yelling at 11:30 PM in common area. Upon complaining to the hotel management they did not take any action and at last I have to reach out to MMT. only good thing is location of the hotel. But they forgot that hygiene is more important. If we are paying high amount for rooms then we should be provided with clean, fresh thing and they must take care that guests are not getting disturbed by other guests.

Location was fair but there was no swimming pool as mentioned it's under renovation and no refrigerator in room food was excellent room service was ok as they take longer than expected

Break fast is not good kindly not include in your package .There is 2 seprate metters in 1 bed it's quite uncomfortable .water is yellowish in bathroom it's look like dirty water uncomfortable to take bath.staff is very cooperative this is positive sign for hotel.

Location is very good . But there is need of improvement in basic amenities like tea and there was also not proper cleaning. Clothes and materials were not sophisticated.

Room is average but no any other amenities available at hotel except stay. Food quality is average.

Hotel is located at convenient place near naki lake (1 km. Its a heritage hotel. Have a grand look and beautiful garden. Staff is very cooperative. Food is also very good. Good parking space. Overall a very nice stay.

The palace is luxurious with many manicured gardens and plants. The staff courteous and the cuisine in the restaurant is mouthwatering. The chef deserves a special mention.

Overall experience is pleasant. Property is also nice & well-maintained, however as it's an old property somewhere maintainance is needed like some wooden chests or doors. Apart from that overall it's a really good & happy experience!

The perfect stay ever can imagine in mt. Abu is at palanpur palace. Very calm and serene, and private. Moreover the staff is very warm and welcoming. The heritage structure and feel of palace is intact after ages.

I have booked the hotel for my wedding anniversary. The hotel has upgraded to suit room for free. The experience was amazing. Absolutely hassle-free check-in process. Amazingly courteous staff with prompt service. Well maintained rooms in the beautiful premises with stunning location. The only thing i would give 4 / 5 stars is the food.

In food there are limited option and property is very old and unhygienic rest all ok service was good.
