The staff is Courteous, Rooms are Very clean and neat with very Good Hygiene... Food is Good.... The location is a little Odd on Map...near the Main Road... My suggestion to Put Hoarding on Stree side Gate and a security Cabin to guide customers to guide Main Entrance. 1. Location Entrance not nice; but convenient 2. Food was good 3. Services to be improved. 4. The TV and Remotes was too bad to operate. The remote never worked; had to call the technician twice 5. Few channels not connected. 6. The small desk was cluttered with too many advertisements stands. 7. Room service was done, but no towels provided. 8. You need to be very careful about your personal belongings in the room. Pls keep it locked or under locker!

I am quite regular for this property. It is good clean and neat property. The only problem with this property every time u ask for smoking room, it’s unavailable. This time same issue happened. They alway say you need to book the room for at least 3 nights... which i did. Secondly the room which I was allotted what’s not the mark. First the orientation, send only AC not working properly. On of the AC in room was dripping water. In an all slightly sad experience. And lastly the check-in experience should be much better.

Excellent Stay

The Hotel location is Nice with easy City connectivity, Big soacious room with separate TV area, excellent hygiene, amazing breakfast and overall a great stay. the only issue i can point is that 2 lifts are not enough and there is alot of waiting time.

Worst hotel of my entire life.

It is one of the pathetic hotels. I strongly urge everyone not to book this hotel if you are staying overnight. Unhygienic room & bathroom with gross areas all around. Issues with chair, mirror, ac, washbasin, iron board, wardrobe... it goes on and on and on.
