I recently stayed at this hotel and was quite disappointed with the experience. Despite booking 3 rooms and checking in around midnight, the staff refused to provide complementary mattresses, which is usually a basic courtesy in many hotels. When I requested a discount considering the situation, the response was rude The WiFi didn’t work with the TV, which limited entertainment options. While the rooms were clean, they were very compact, and for the night rate, it felt overpriced — the overall experience was closer to what you’d expect from a ₹2,000–₹3,000 range hotel. Definitely not worth the price.

Excellent Stay
Hotel is located at an excellent place where from 8th and 9th floor we can see the see view.. hospitality of the crew is very excellent and friendly. I recommend this hotel as we had good food bear by and shopping along the road is excellent.. Gate way of India and other site seeing places are very much near by to this hotel.. one will not be disappointed to stay in this hotel.. Good..

Average Stay
The hotel maintenance is good. The room and washroom are not very spacious, but all the necessary arrangements and amenities are available. However, when I tried to use the kettle for hot water, it emitted a bad smell. Apart from that, the room service is very good and the staff is quick to respond. I stayed here for business purposes. For those traveling for work and whose office is near Colaba, this hotel is a good option. It is quite reasonable for the price.

perfect location and new propert
The property is brand new with nice rooms and washrooms. The bed is comfortable and the staff is very helpful. Location very central and ac bus stops just opposite to the hotel. Fantastic connectivity and comfortable stay in Colaba. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent Stay
The hotel is ideally situated near to prime areas. I was on a business trip and this hotel suited me very well. Nice room, good food and staff is very courteous. Overall I enjoyed the stay.

No food facility was available in the Hotel. Location of the Hotel was good. No other facility was provided. Behaviour wise also hotel staff were average. Overall rating of the Hotell is below average.

Great hotel in colaba! amazing staff :)
soloWonderful stay! Not only did they allow me to check in early at no cost, they allowed me to switch rooms from first floor to the 10th floor. During my entire stay the staff went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I was comfortable. The room was nice and spacious enough with a great view. The food was also pretty solid. I couldn't recommend a better hotel for the area—such a nice stay with wonderful staff :)!

Very friendly and nice staff. Room booked was queen but was given room with 2 twin beds. Rooms were not cleaned daily.

familyLocation is superb. Very close to all the attractions in south bombay. Room was clean and tidy. Staff was very courteous. They have no restaurants, they provide room service and get the food from outside which was strange for a 3* hotel. Per night price was high for a small room with a queen bed, it might be due to holiday time during christmas and location. If you are getting a family room for inr 4-5k then go for it.

Rooms were clean and staff is very friendly. Major plus point is it is located very close to marine drive and colaba market ( walkable distance. Only thing is they don’t provide breakfast. That was little disappointing.

familyU had booked 6 rooms. Only 4 rooms offered, 2 other rooms were adjusted in a near shady hotel with no lift, guests were forces to take stairs for 4th floor. Also all the guests were kept waiting post 2 pm for checkin.
