location is good its near downhill of Chamundi hills. Checked in only for night. Rooms are too small Service could improve wrt to overall response of staff, when called them wrt hot water in taps they just said it should come and hung the phone, had to leave early hence didnt bother to hung around.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms were exceptionally clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The staff were extremely polite, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. A bad experience of Mysore stay

Hotel lacks some basic infrastructure facilities. Room was not friendly for senior citizens, with no place (chair, sofa etc.) to sit except the bed itself. Room design itself was weird. Basic items that are supposed to be provided in a room with this price tag had to be explicitly asked for. As such room is not worth the price I paid for it.
