Location of the property is the best part. Rooms are big enough. We tried two meals and both times the food was cold, not fresh and very limited options for non-veg and veg. Not much place to explore inside the property. The fragrance in the property reminds of paan supari. In the same price, I think other better properties could be explored.

This hotel is our go-to place to stay whenever we visit Mysore. The hotel itself is really good, with spacious and clean rooms but the food quality and taste is just disappointing. They need to have a conversation with their chef since the issue isn't just with a single dish but with almost all dishes being served from starters to main course to deserts. And this was not a one off issue as we faced the same problem the last time we stayed here as well. The food needs to be substantially improved.

I always prefer Radisson properties for my vacation, but this time I was a bit disappointed with the check-in process as when we reached the property they handed over the key card to us and asked us to reach third floor and nobody was there to guide us or you know, make us understand that where exactly how we have to reach the room and this made a little you know tricky for us to know whether our stay would be comfortable for the next two days or not, but yes, I would say that rest of the things went well. The food was good. The room was up to the mark. It had all the amenities. The service provided by the staff. rest of the staff was super good. I mean it was a comfortable stay. The only thing I was disappointed was pertaining to the check-in process. There has to be somebody to guide us to the room and explain us all the things pertaining to the timings and everything. Neverthless recommended for family.
