worst experience of my life, this hotel does not deserve even 1 star rating. it's like a worn out rotten burnt out haunted House. I'd rather stay on footpath than staying in this hotel again.

There were no amenities provided as mentioned in your portal. No hot water after 8 am? Really? Room cleaning was not done properly there was a bad vicks smell In the room which they didn't resolve.
