Property was really nice on foothills of Nandi Hills, best part was service Marriott, right from reception to door service was to the point. Staff was very polite and helpful

Very comfortable stay. Will definitely visit again. Further, I got to know that it is Pet friendly resort. We being Pet parent will visit with our pets next time

All was good but only thing was you don't provide smoking rooms which is a bit inconvenient as we need to go out to the specified smoking zone. Now a days even a 3 star hotel will provide this service. So please ensure you provide this service.

It was great experience , the staff was very affectionate and caring to our needs, the food was amazing especially the live kitchen and great atmosphere. Overall amazing experience, highly recommended

Greeting at the reception, clean spacious rooms, good menu on food, warm staffs behaviour, a little far off the city, yet close to Nandi Hills

The property is beautiful, rooms are spacious, clean and luxurious. Staff is polite and attentive and the food is great. Only problem we faced was that the AC being switched off or temperatures being raised from a central control in the middle of the night. The room control wouldn't work at this time. Since there are no fans or windows that can be opened it becomes really stuffy and we ended up lying awake throughout the night due to the discomfort.

Our stay at Mulberry shades was excellent. Very well maintained Resort, excellent service, great food, one of the best spas. perfect place just an hour from Bangalore for a staycation.

Great property. Well maintained. Clean. Good view of Nandi Hills. Dinner buffet menu was limited. Taste could’ve been better. Breakfast was great. Good spread of amenities. The pickle ball court was the highlight. Very hospitable staff. Shout out to Yasir.

We recently spent a weekend at this resort for a family staycation, and it was an unforgettable experience. Although the pool was under construction during our stay, the staff was incredibly accommodating. They provided us with easy access to the JW Marriott pool, including a convenient pick-and-drop service, so we never missed out on a good swim. The food was a highlight of our stay—amazing options at the buffet, with something for everyone. It was delicious, fresh, and perfectly prepared. In addition to the great food and amenities, there were also fun activities planned. We would 100% recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing and fun getaway. Staff were 5/5.

It’s was wonderful stay at this luxury property. It’s in the lap of nature. Food is lip smacking and the services are excellent. Loved it and had a great time with my family.

Stayed with family for a day at this resort.Resort does not do justice to marriot brand in any way. Check in and check out formalities were a let down. The resort seemed congested and understaffed. No individual attention given to guests. Room was not ready even at 4.15 pm and had to wait at reception. worst part was the dinner and breakfast buffet. even though they had wide spread ,the food was basically flavourless. consistently faced missed and delayed orders at the buffet table. had ordered pasta from live counter at dinner. had to perso ally follow up with the pasta counter 3 times to get the order delivered. took 45 minutes to get it. same thing happened next morning in breakfast buffet for another dish. consistent pattern of missed and delayed orders. poor marriot experience . will never visit this place again. not worth for the money u pay. it's a very small resort with limited space and heavily congested. only positive was the room which was good. other than that totally forgettable.

The property is quite well maintained and looks good as well, however, do not expect much. The rooms hardly have any views, the population density gets too high when the resort is fully booked, the food is okay but not much variety. Not value for money.
