well maintained house keeping and food preparation with quality was very nice. House keeping nicely maintained

The hotel was overall good. But there were fungus in some places near the bedroom. That should be taken care in the cleanliness. Also towels were not made available at least 1 per occupant. Rest the service was good.

Excellent stay! The hotel exceeded my expectations. Special thanks to Mr Deepak for exceptional service and hospitality. They went above and beyond to make my stay seamless. Highly recommend this hotel!

1. Location - convenient, road touch, nearby bus stand (1.5 km) 2. Amenities - tea kettle was not available, on request made available, no handwash, no hair dryer, no tea / coffee, no water bottle. paid for water bottle. bed and pillow - not comfortable, room was clean 3. food - good 4. service - satisfactory

Location & food was good. Amenities were also good. The front desk staff was arrogant & took time to allocate the room. Also, the language used by her was not good. She was always busy on her phone calls.

Good hotel to stay, cleanliness is also okay, front office staff behavior is very good but very poor service in the restaurant, food rates are very reasonable.

Good location. Clean and good hotel food is also good but 10% discount on food a was not given as mentioned - staff is courteous. We stayed for short period of 3 nights

Propert's food was good but the room was pathetic ac used to make noices, rooms wall was peeling off

I had to pay extra 1000 rs for no mistake for mine. I had given all details before booking hotel to mmt. But hotel charged extra for children.

The hotel was decent. Rooms were ok not exceptional. The reason for average rating is because of my bad experiences with the restaurant and when i saw food lying outside the guest door for more than 14 hrs.

The property is at a very good location but look for sign on the road as it is slightly inside. Staff is polite and courteous, room was clean and neat. Whenever i will need to stay in nashik i will prefer 24 seven.

Average rooms, narrow corridors, charge for breakfast but no spread. You order what you want. Location is okay.

Big rooms and washroom. Had to change bedsheet as it wasn’t clean. Didn’t have hand towels. The restaurant had amazing food. The clerk messed up with my billing, even when i had paid, they stopped me from leaving because of records not being updated. But otherwise the service was good.

Lobby area is good. Out door is slightly congested. Room is good and clean. Some interior designing required
