Bathroom wall was damage .Bedroom one side was not properly maintain.when contacted to change room rooms were not available.Food is good .Staff is good but when charges are taken room should be maintain

over all enjoyed staying. next visit my first choice will be Rama haritage
hotel is well in the main city, rooms are very big, good service and hospitality. I had a fast they have arranged sabudana wada in the breakfast for all 3 days.

Good Stay
The hotel location is good. It's in centre of city. The check in was smooth. Rooms are provided with all necessey accessories. The room cleanliness was good. The food was tasty and breakfast spread with lot of options. Positive vibration in place as property located next to Kalika Mataji temple

peaceful stay. cortious staff. Just need to change lights of room. it should be white lights. Location is very good. nearby all things are available. Location is @ the centre of the city.

It's near to bustard, location wise good , Near to Maa kali temple so religion wise good ,food quality also good . Staff and service good .

Caves County: A Hidden Gem That Needs a Polish
Thank you, Cave County, for the unforgettable memories and peaceful vibe. The location and experience were great, especially at such an affordable cost. However, we were a bit disappointed by the low maintenance of the swimming pool, absence of chilled beers, and no sound system near the pool area. A little improvement in these areas — along with better manpower support — can truly elevate the experience. Looking forward to seeing the upgrades next time!

Service was poor, Wifi Not working, Cockroach around the room, No hot water even at 7:30AM. Not suitable for Business Stay since they denied guest for business meeting

Needs a face lift at all levels including customer services
Location is Good but infrastructure needs to be upgraded as intercom was not functioning, door lock was very poor, Wash rooms need to be upgraded... Checkin was delayed due to software problem and made me wait for 20 mins. inspite of requests....Not very cordial reception... In restaurent, Captains body language to enquire was as if we were not going to pay...no clarity or communication with front desk with them

Needs urgent renovation
Had taken Deluxe room. Needs renovation. Rooms are big but overall the entire hotel requires renovation. Location in best, breakfast spread was good and enough. The room rent can be less if they do not wish to renovate. There are many other hotels to stay. Staff was cooperative and helpful. Before khumb they should do the renovation.

Poor Stay
Food # Good . Location # Good Facilities # Good But I am very much upset about his hospitality like hotel management not permitted some of my gust to coming to meet me at 7.30 pm at hotel room. This is horrible rules , my gust is not Femal , so why they stopped him. I am never recommending this hotel for my all the friends circle & all the social media platform also. This is not ecceptble .

It was a very pleasant trip. Hotels all services / Staff were very supportive. Food was awesome. Everyday breakfast was arranged by hotel. Fresh Juice, fresh fruits was there. Nice
