location was perfect, food very tasty and overall everything was excellent, staffs were courteous

Room service needs to be improved. Restaurant food delivery is more late than 30 mins.

location good amenities good but service poor.i was booking room with breakfast 2 person but they gave 1 person breakfast and 1 tea when inquired staffs didn't respond.

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

Staff behavior is so good rooms are clean. Location was very good neer rly station & bus stand overall it's a very good hotel for night stay.
