on booking on app breakfast is complimentary but after breakfast on check out time the hotel owner take money for breakfast, after questioning about money they said breakfast is not complimentary...not good feeling

I recently stayed at this property, booking their premium rooms, and had a mixed experience. The owner was courteous and helpful when we booked the premium option, but it seemed the attitude changed when it comes to their lower-budget rooms. In our case, since we opted for the premium rooms, the owner was polite and assisted us well during our stay. However, the overall experience fell short. The lack of toiletries was disappointing, and though breakfast was included, it was not the buffet-style we expected. Instead, they asked us what we wanted once and didn’t seem concerned about anything extra or accommodating additional requests. The most frustrating part was our bathroom issue – the light didn’t work, and every time we tried to turn it on, a short circuit occurred. When I mentioned this to the staff, their response was simply to "adjust." While the owner was fine, the service and facilities could definitely use improvement.

Overall average experience. Service is not very much professional. Lack of service staff. Owner’s nature is good though.

After entering in the hotel i didn’t check in and left the hotel immediately. It was a house of 4-5 dirty rooms no light was available. No one was to carry luggage or help. Person sitting there simply said if u wanna stay here then fine otherwise go anywhere

Food is over priced. Location is ok. overall experience was average. Laxmanpur beach was 1.5 km away.

Good property, decent rooms. The super deluxe rooms and deluxe rooms don’t have much difference. Do book the deluxe rooms, because they are also good rooms in isolation. Pictures don’t do much justice to those rooms. Apart from that, everything is okay. It’s not super value for money/super luxurious. Else have rated 5 stars.

Room was okay ..but nothing was provided by vendor in room ..not value for money ...... You get better option in same price

I recently stayed at a hotel on neil island, and it was a fantastic experience. The owner was incredibly kind and even upgraded my room from deluxe to super deluxe at no extra cost. The food was delicious, and the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a clean and neat toilet. A delightful highlight was the owner and his son serenading us with melodious songs during dinner, adding a special touch to the evening. Overall, my stay was excellent, and i would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting neil island. I rate it 5 out of 5!

Excellent location near bharatpur beach ( walkable distance, host is cordial and kind. Service is good, rooms are well furnished. Recommended.

Ambience is good. Rooms are up to budget with adequate amenities. Hotels food is superb which we ordered. Caretaker is kind and helpful.

The rooms are small and not that clean. Cockroaches were there in the room. Drinking water was not provided. Food was very expensive. Can find better food at better rates in nearby restaurants. It’s better not to contact them for the travel options around neil island as they charge high compared to other options. At night they after 10 pm wi-fi is not available. Also, they play loud music at night causing disturbances. Overall, not recommended.

Garden fresh food like 🥭 & 🍌 in free services.So giving *** facilities.

Me & my wife stayed in this family owned new resort for 1 day in february 2024. On reaching the resort, there was warm welcome from the owner, mr. Sukumar das, the owner. He had taken care of us in showing around his coconut grove, fully ripe mango fruit laden trees, seen that that we are getting our food as per our liking etc. Our super deluxe room was spacious & clean. It was relaxing to just sit on the open verandha. This propert is at a middle distance between ferry jetty and laxmanpur beach sunset point. Overall, we enjoyed our stay, enjoyed the company of mr. Das. He even sang a hindi song of yesudas for us. (we are malayalis. We wish him all the best and success of his simple and well maintained resort.

My stay at moonshine garden resoert was a lovable one. Spacious and cleaned rooms, a tasty breakfast which was prepared using proprietar's own farm and at good location near to laksmanpur beach which was best sun setting sight spot. The owner mr. Sukumar was a man with friendly attitude and human values. The staff was very much friendly
