Very pleasant stay.

Pros : 1. The location is just the best you could ask for. I have been to taj at ooty. But i would say this is far better than taj view wise. The view gives you the experience of entire hill station minus the crowd. Morning view & sunset view is a bliss, 2. The interiors of the property are well built and luxurious. Modern kitchen and modern bedroom furniture. Wooden flooring being my most favourite. 3. The host, colonel rajat chawl is very humble and was keen to make sure we are comfortable. He even sent the cleaning guy when we said cleanliness is not upto the mark. Cons: 1. Maintenance is not the best. The bathroom smells bad. I would rate room & house cleanliness 3. 8 out of 5 and washroom cleanliness 3 out of 5. 2. Garden is beautiful too and pets are not allowed but there are animal on the grass. Garden isn’t maintained but isn’t unbearable, i will rate garden 4. 2 out of 5.

I had an amazing experience at drop zone! the highlight of the room was definitely the stunning view - i could see the rolling hills and valleys right from the comfort of the bed and it was breathtaking. I even got to witness a beautiful sunset (including a rainbow) - it was the perfect end to a day of exploring . The room was also very comfortable and clean, and the room service was excellent. The owner went above and beyond to accommodate us to ensure all my needs were met during my stay. He also provided a detailed itinerary which included details about a nearby trek to a small waterfall which was 100% worth the walk. Bonus is there are two adorable and super playful dogs below the property. Overall, i would highly recommend this guest room to anyone looking for a relaxing and comfortable stay in coonoor. The view alone is worth it, but the excellent room service and comfortable amenities make it an even better experience.

Everything was excellent, morning clouds touching room, afterwards sun rays directly to room, very spacious, facility of kitchen where we could cook breakfast and meal for kid. Location in between conoor and ooty, good parking space and away from crowd.
