The rooms are very small. It doesn’t match the photos shown . Bathrooms were not clean. There were no hangers for clothes. Towels were not that clean.

The hotel is at walkable distance from 1 No gate of Prayagraj Railway station. One can find Auto rickshaw infront of the hotel to go to any place they want. Rooms are quite small. TV not working. The Hotel staffs are quite nice, helpful and behave well. They have a restaurant inside the hotel. Though slightly costly it tests ok. Overall good experience staying in the hotel. MMT is charging a hefty sum for the hotel during Kumbh. I think one can get room cheaper if directly book at the counter but availability will be an issue.

The location is right opposite the prayagraj station. The food was good except that like everywhere in the north. It was very salty! we had booked two rooms and the rooms we were allotted were 302 & 304. Neither had window nor proper ventilation. Only extremely hot water came in room no. 302 and no hot water at all in 302! there was no fan in 302. overall it was a very bad experience. Do not go there and look for better alternatives!

Dirty and small room

Rooms were very dirty and small. Not what was shown in the pic. I also requested the staff that i want to see more rooms. But when i looked, all the rooms were small and there was not even a single room like the one shown in the photo. The rooms were so dirty that there was spit everywhere. Moreover, there were a lot of cockroaches.

Women travellers saftey issues

Went for official work. My wife was also with me. Staffs, managment and food was good. But one cleaner boy in kitchen was found to be blocking way of women travellers including my wife repeatedly, moving close. Managment made excuse that mental condition of the boy is not good and his behaviour should be ignored. Such excuse is not a good excuse as the same is regarding saftey and security of female travellers.

The sofa was dirty, there were mosquitos in the room, bedding and pillows were stinging, the doormat was disgusting. We had already paid near about 2100- rs for such a filthy place, once we found it like this we checked out immediately. There is no customer care service for the makemytrip to which we can call. So we wasted our hard earned money. I will never book a hotel from this app.

I stayed in an executive room with my family and i had to order an extra bed. They provided a very dirty and old bed. When requested to change it, they had only those beds. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. All the cushions of the bed and sofa were dirty. We decided to have food in the hotel's restaurant downstairs and we got an insect in our food. On top of this, there is a very bad smell as soon as we enter the hotel and lift. To sum it up, it's a very bad and unpleasant experience. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.
