I was made to wait for 1 hour before i could be allotted my room. If i had been informed of that in advance i would have gone out and came back. On top of that, i did not got any assistance with my luggage. Bad experience this time.

i had an excellent stay at doubletree by hilton. the hospitality was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to make my experience memorable. the room was spacious, impeccably clean, and provided all the comforts needed for a relaxing stay. dining at 3spices was a treat – the food was exquisite, with a wide variety of options and flavors that were truly delightful. the ambiance of the hotel was warm and inviting, making it a perfect retreat. i highly recommend doubletree by hilton and 3spices for an exceptional stay and dining experience. i can’t wait to return!

Its good to stay here always food quality very avaerage, very disappointed. Poha, paratha, tea quality, chana, very poor you mix veg and non veg same table 4 times never seen like before if you put non veg on different counter it will be good people using same snoop for veg and non veg

Terrible Stay
Yes our stay was terrible reception staff were not behaving properly there was a shortage of staff it seemed as i carried my luggage to my room breakfast was not good swimming pool was under renovation main hotel was under maintenance there were many other reasons

familyHad an excellent stay at the double tree property in chinchwad pune. The staff was very courteous. We requested for an early check in and they accommodated our request as they found the room was ready. The breakfast spread is awesome and the staff is very helpful and pleasant. They took our request for any food modifications we made. Overall a great 2 day stay and i would go there again whenever i am in pune
