The room were clean & nice the room actually felt really comfortable overall property was really good the staff could’ve been more polite but I highly recommend NOT to book the breakfast buffet extremely disappointing & like the dessert options were a joke

The room was suffocating It was also old and dirty The preference was on a higher floor, which they didn't gave me I asked to upgrade my room which they didn't They didn't also changed the room I paid for a room which looked like some oyo which will cost

Stayed from 05/08/2025 till 08/08/2025. The room amenities were very good. Buffet breakfast was nice . Laundry services could have been more swift.

Location wise it has easy access and availability of cabs. A few malls are also in the vicinity. The food is what I really likes - Bhati ka murg and dal tadka. Breakfast was ok. The rooms though need work.. had a musky smell till I switched the ac on. Service could have been slightly better

I booked a premium room expecting a comfortable stay, but had to change rooms three times due to persistent hygiene issues. Maintenance was poor, and overall cleanliness did not meet basic standards. On the day I checked out, I couldn’t even have breakfast due to a bad service experience. Very disappointed — not the level of quality I expected.

bad food, awful smell in the room

During my recent stay, my colleague and I ordered dinner from the in-room menu. However, I was billed at a higher rate for two items than what was listed. When I escalated the issue, the manager initially denied any discrepancy. Only after I provided proof was the bill corrected. This entire experience was highly inconvenient and disappointing. Such issues reflect intentional overcharging, which is unacceptable in a hospitality setting. We don’t expect this kind of behavior from a reputed property, and I hope strict measures are taken to avoid such practices in the future.
