first we check in at 6 pm then we came 3 am faced ac issue one person and check still ac problem faced then we 7 am called but still not come . after reception asked then person come still problem unsolved . entire stay without ac. breakfast very good . and for lunch order undiyu . first say sweet potato not available. then other incregremsnt not available then order cancel

I already raised concern on 4th Oct but still it is not resolved. Still I am writing to highlight my disappointing experience during my recent stay at Ginger hotel Ekta Nagar and to request a refund for at least one of the rooms booked. The check-in process was extremely slow and took nearly an hour. Initially, we were allotted rooms that were already used, and after raising the issue, the rooms were changed. However, one of the newly assigned rooms still had used water bottles. Additionally, in another room, there was no water supply in the washroom since early morning, and despite multiple complaints, the issue remained unresolved. Due to these inconveniences, my stay was frustrating and far below expectations. I request you to kindly process a refund for one room. You may verify the details directly with the hotel management.

Clean and hygienic place. They don’t have swimming pool but they do have delicious food, gym, children’s play area. Staff is very polite and co-operative. I had my best hotel stay experience here. Thank you.
