I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Natraj! They upgraded our room from a Club to a Suite, which was such a pleasant surprise and made our stay extra special. we are spand lost of money in Ruby suits but the hotel service very bad the room tv not working toilet flush still bad now when last day bathroom water 😢 not coming and when you call room service he will take 15 to 20 minutes because in the hotel room was busy over all you don't spand the suits in 2 days I am very upset I am with my family not enjoy over all hotel room service I am think why I am spend lost of money in this property

Very poor experience in the hotel. We found spider webs in our rooms , a very large amount of Dampness was in our room that caused terrible smell. TV was not working , the quality of the furniture was too bad . Breakfast was of very terrible condition, no management we have to wait for 30 mins for the food. Parathas and dosa were soggy , had literally zero tase in any thing we ate.
