I had booked a hotel with breakfast included. However, upon arrival, the hotel staff denied providing breakfast, stating that their system shows the booking as room-only without breakfast. I tried contacting customer care — the first call took around 30 minutes, and they put me on hold without resolving my issue. The second call was no better; the problem still remained unresolved. Additionally, the rooms are not well-maintained, the AC makes a lot of noise, and there is no lift in the hotel

Horrible experience from MMT

First o f all the property details mentioned was incorrect, on reaching there the reception told the property was different and they directed me to Hotel Corbett Inn. Secondly the booking was done including breakfast, but i was charged for 2 days of breakfast there and the property was telling that their portal is not showing breakfast included in booking. Condition of property was horrible a long duration stay will surely result in lungs infection as there were molds on the ceiling of room. I wonder how MMT is onboarding these properties and offering it for corporate travels.
