It was a decent stay. Rooms were big spacious clean and had all the modern amenities. Service was quick . Food taste was really good . Wide variety of local authentic dishes available . However washrooms need upgrade especially the shower area and the bathroom fittings

We had just an overnight stay as part of our Roadtrip via Salem. The property is located right by NH44 which made it very convenient for us. The property is in excellent condition with beautiful reception. The rooms are also very cozy and quiet with ample sized room for 2 persons. We could get a good night's sleep. We did not try their food and other facilities like the swimming pool.

Comfortable stay Hotel staff are polite and helpful in both checking in and check out formalities. Our request for master bed was accomplished friendly.Rooms are comfortable in size, facility and hygiene. Bath room is clean and toiletries are of good condition. Both swimming pool view and highways front views are smoothening. Ac function is effective. Washbasin water arrest lock may be maintained well. Inside room lighting may be slightly better to have readability. Floor 4 carpet in walkway need to be renewed. We were informed that renovation is on in other top floor. Overall stay was pleasant and I am regular customer to Grand Estancia of course.

The stay was very good with very good hospitality, excellent staff, cleanliness in room and bathroom andvery good food. However some improvement is needed in the quality of bed linen or its maintenance. My mother band sister stayed in one room and they felt itchy from the bedsheets. Still overall a very good experience, especially the staff.
