The hotel facilities are quite normal but the services are not much fast. My opposite room had people (3 boys) drunk and shouting at night 2:00am need to make guidelines to live at the hotel safely!

Very bad stay and required to get this property unlisted from MMT

My stay was not pleasant as they asked me wait before check-in at the reception nd while check in they gave me a long list to check each and every thing available in the room and told me if any spot get dirty they will charge for that. When I noticed the room it was already dirty. There were many derty black and brown patches on the pillow, bedsheet, and other places. I also told them that the electric switches are broken and the lights are not working for that the fine was around 900 rupees. It was not all, I noticed cockroaches are roaming around the roam and the room was not good as charged to me. I told them that please change the room. they were not ready to change. After 4 hours I told them I going and check out my room, they asked me wait in the room and in the loby.

Pathetic hotel and rude behaviour lack of visitors understanding. Because of some misunderstanding they just denied my stay and also didn't refunded just small amount. Didn't expected this. Please just confirm everything before visiting. Worst experience.

BECAUSE WE HAVE ZERO TOLLRANCE POLICY TOWARDS UNMARRED COUPLE / IN-VALID COUPLE. YOU SAY YOUR WITH YOUR WIFE BUT YOU DONT HAVE MARRIGE CERTIFICATE ALSO DONT HAVE ANY CERTIFICATE WHERE YOUR NAME MENATIONED AS HUSBAND IN YOUR WIFE ID. FOR U IT'S JUST SOME MISUNDERSTANDING BUT WE ALREDY MENATIONED ON MMT WE ARE NOT COUPLE FRINDLY HOTEL AND ALSO WE NOT REFUND YOU AMOUNT BEACUSE WHOLE DAY WE UNOCCUPIED YOUR ROOM AND YOU CHECKIN TIME WAS MID NIGHT 3AM THATS WHY WE NOT PROVID U REFUND. SO I THINK YOUR THE PERSON WHO MISLEADING THE OTHER AND TRY TO SELF SETIFACTION FOR YOUR OWN MISTAKE AND BLEAM OTHERS.

I was charged more and the hotel had also didn't co-operate the extra stay, didn't gave appropriate discount as mention on your itinerary. Had a very bad experience with hotel diamond plaza. And the manager behaviour was also like road side hooligans. (1) our package was with breakfast, but they didn't, (2) bathroom tapes were not proper, with had bath with cold water, in winter time, room no 305 or 304, (3) i found khatmal on my extra bad on first night. (4) room cleaning services was not done unless we call them for several time, they didn't ch-ages the bedsheets when i called room service at 10:30 pm. As it was not changed in the morning. (4) we have to argue a lot with the manager for 1hrs when check out at 11:30pm. And we were late to our destination to mumbai. (5) i discussed the itinerary with your assistant about the changes and charges you had charged for 2night from 30 january to 1 feburary 2024, was more then my previous booking of 3nights from 30 january to 2 feburary 2024. She told me and gave me apology and told that hotel managing will co operate with you, but hotel management didn't satisfied us. End the behaviour was very much disturbing and terrible in front of my family.

Hotel management will not responsible for what amount you paid MMT, that amount you paid MMT hotel was charged you 40%less amount for same days and manager already told you that u have only 2 days online booking then u say ok and request to manager i m with my family so please don't tell them for checkout, early morning i have to go then in evening we discus and in evening you say ok with tariff but at the time of checkout u and your family members try to manipulate the management with ur family lady say we will not pay you for 2 days we pay u only for 1 days 1) We have buffet breakfast guest call on room services and get the details about breakfast but u and ur family was not available at breakfast time. 2) Bathroom tapes come at the time of checkout & round the clock we have hot and cold water except you not a single guest face such hot water issue. 3) there is not a single bed bugs in our hotel. 4) you call in mid night 3 am for room cleaning that is not possible in any hotel. 5) if u don't know about online booking and there policy that's not hotel management mistake and still hotel management gives you nearly about 40% discount on his regular tariff but you and your family still want more 50% discount that means you want to pay only 25% off your total bill amount so i think know one gives you that much discount sir.
