First of all there is no sufficient parking. I had to park my car outside and was being asked to keep my car here and there couple of times even at outside hotel. Secondly I was supposed to have my room available by 12 noon but I arrived at hotel at 130 pm and I was kept waiting till 330 pm to allocate my reserved room. Vegetable lunch was charged @260/person which is not even worth for 150/person. There is long list in the buffet menu offered but most of the items are unavailable. No sweet No fruit and No ice cream in the buffet menu offered.

Nice ambiance clean rooms , bathroom is little small but clean over all nice with all the things available and it is in the middle of the city . Easy to go anywhere.

Property is not good when it comes to room ambiance and furniture

Air conditioning in the room did not work. The bedsheet had holes. We had to catch train at 03:00 (am). The earlier morning, reception told us not to worry as security guy will get us an auto rickshaw. Next morning , at 2:00 am , there was no security guard and , the guy at reception mentioned no such facility for Auto rickshaw.

I travelled to tanuku for a family function by booking a room in make my trip. But as there is no check in time mentioned in the website I was little worried as I was travelling with my 18 months baby and I will there by morning 7am. My check in time is 12pm on that day but I requested rhe hotel management and gave a single room for refreshing for us which is every comfortable. So thankful for the hotel management.

The hotel manager has offered a room as i booked for triple occupancy. After 5-6 hours, received a call from reception asking us to shift to a different room. They said that they gave suite room and need to pay extra if we continue in the same room. During the check in process, they didn't mention anything about the room. I was outside and had to come back to hotel to shift the room. I don't have images

The maintenance of the hotel is good. Best stay among the hotels in tanuku. Food at hotel is also good.

Hotel is okay, based on the location, but service is bad, we went to attend a function and the ac doesn’t work properly in the hall, rooms are not allotted on time, the breakfast wasn’t available on time we had to wait 30mins, overall there service is slow

Overall it was quite good. Because of online booking, we were not eligible for complementary break fast. Didn't matter much. It was affordable and tasted well. Linen was changed daily. Laundry was affordable. Room service too. I wish bedroom and bathroom were more spacious. Overall excellent.

Situated centrally in yhevtown. Rooms are good. Tv not worked. No one responded though requested. Atleast one water bottle also not provided. We hv to purchase. Reception welcoming is also poor for ths town, this hotel is good one apart from minor service issue.

Comfortable room, food is quite good. Proximity is also perfect. However few major drawbacks, for online booking, they don’t serve breakfast nor they provide water in the room which is cheap, in-spite of opting their suit room. In addition, they do not have separate smoking and non-smoking rooms, there’s smell across corridors and rooms
