Big rooms but no cleanliness, not good stay won’t recommend this hotel location is not at all comfortable

Room not clean, wash room also not clean, room service also very bad

No hygiene, unwashed bed sheets, no cleaning, no lights om the floor, lift not working properly. Unhygiene. Staff is rude.

I feel it is very rooms only. No complementary water bottle. Hot water only in morning it is average hotel

I booked two rooms for one night stay for my family. Rooms are ok at that rate. But poor cleanliness in the Hotel. Rats running inside the room at night disturbed my sleep. Also trains passing nearby disturbing. Staff are ok. No food service.

No wifi as promised, no clean sheets, you can See the bed design through translucent sheets. No geyser, hot water doesn't come all the time, waste of money and time. If you need just silence to sleep, then you will never sleep in this Hotel (located next to railway tracks). If you have money and want to spend in somewhere. Yeah. Go on. Spend it on this Hotel.

It was bad experience as we booked 3 bedroom we had given 2 bedroom for stay. As we was came there for religious purpose we not made any issue. But it was totally unprofessional and wrong as we doing booking 3 bedroom and giving 2 bedroom. When we do online booking we assure all will be good but this type incident make us to think that in future we go for online booking or not.

Hotel room was not clean, service is too bad, the bed sheets and blankets were dusty and even after requesting they did not have blankets to provide and there was no hot water facility, totally bad experience

Not worth for money. Basic amenities such as hot water and clean bucket in bathroom is not well. Hot water separately needs to be taken from a common point in lodge which is very irritating.

Easy to pick the bus and train because both are near by the Hotel comfort to travel from this location

Nice stay experienced. Very near to Bus stand, Railway Station, and all temples and visiting place near Tirupati.
