Did not liked it. The images are appealing but the reality is different. Did a mistake of prepaying . Checkout in less than 20mins.

Location was good. Food was also good. Bed and bedding were good. AC was working well. Towels were near and clean. Staff were well behaved and co operative. Overall good.

Location was very good, food was not that great. Buffet breakfast which was included in my suit package was just normal. Dishes were very less, Idly was very big and thick, no proper fruits.

Average to good stay
I chekced in at around 7pm. In house restaurant food was good. Morning complementary breakfast was pathetic. They dint allow me for guaranteed 3hrs delay checkout, only gave 1 hour. Rooms were good.

Average stay and experience at renes
Rooms were decent, bathroom were clean initially and then realised water clogging happens. Behaviour of receptionist at night was rude. Tv channels did not work and they changed rooms on our dissatisfaction. Restaurant was very average and for vegetarians not a gr 8 place as they have veg non veg in same kitchen. Just a negative for us being vegetarians

Our stay at the renest was fantastic! The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city with easy access to attractions and restaurants. and they provided welcome juice

Stay in tirupati at that Renest hotel was the worst. Very bad guest service, rooms are pathetic, bathrooms are not clean, and the receptionist with too much attitude.. Sheets and pillow were not fresh.
