The stay was nice and the hotel's cleanliness is also nice. The room is sufficiently okay. They needed to look at the food cost which was quite expensive I thought, also in the menu they need to include more variety of items if they are charging that much. ( For breakfast it is 350+ gst and for lunch/dinner 550+gst

Staffs were not bad. food is terrible. they offered stale food. Shaving Razor given to room was used. carefully packed inside plastic seal of their Hotel but inside used Gillette use and throw razor. The moment I tear open the seal I find a used and broken sealed Shaving Razor inside. wondering how cleverly kept used Razor to save just 15 Rupees . I can estimate the cheap mentality of the Hotel. I won't recommend anyone to book this Hotel.

welcome drink is nice . Room and bathroom are nice and cleaned. complimentary coffee is good. only minor issues such as: we had to ask them again and again in morning evening for turning on the hot water for bathing. had a leaky bucket on check-in that they promplty replaced.
