I have booked the hotel Amrit ,Udaipur from 24-12-2022 to 25-12-2022 .When we reached at the hotel the attended at the hotel(I don’t know he may be owner) had a very rude behaviour.He gave us reply that why you booked that hotel at low cost I am not taking the booking at that cost due to the tourism season in Udaipur.he said that I have only room left at 3 rd floor which was not possible for us to due to my old age parents and he offered the room only upto the time of 8PM .There was a lift in a hotel but it was not working properly. Eventually we left the hotel without checkin. When we registe denied for refund as he told us that hotel is not willing to refund your amount.As I think I made the booking
