We are very happy to share that the stay in this property was totally memorable and pleasant. The location was good, also nearby the lake and all the famous places are nearby.ItIt also has a lake view rooftop restaurant which is the highest as compared to nearby hotels.Special thanks to Owner Mr. Suraj and Mr. Jay, also Mr. Suraj from the helping staff was very welcoming. The hotel also has a white and blue theme with good landscapes and the ambience was very pleasant If you want to stay in a good hotel with a good view and the full support of the staff, this is the place.

Services: Cleaning service could be far better. The restaurant's service was very slow and other than the tea, there was nothing up to the mark. Location : this hotel is located at the best possible place. It is very near to the City Palace, Lake Pichola, Dai Ji Ki Pulia and Harigarh restaurant. you can get autos easily outside the hotel. Amenities: Rooms with lake view on the third floor are the best ones at reasonable prices. The rooftop restaurant is the best part of this hotel. It is open all day so you can chill there and enjoy the breeze coming from the lake. But I found that the rooms were not that clean. Even the bedsheet and blankets were not properly cleaned. Towels were smelly as well as the room. There were no dental kits and bathroom slippers provided. The staff should work on rooms' cleanliness. The good thing was that they allowed us to check in early. Maybe because the rooms were not taken as it was a weekday.

Review of Hotel Panorama Haveli – Disappointing Experience I recently stayed at Hotel Panorama Haveli and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. Below are the issues I encountered during my stay: 1. Room Quality: I had booked a deluxe room, but the room provided was very small and had a large pillar inside, which made the space feel even more cramped. It did not match the expectations for the price charged. 2. Unprofessional Staff: The hotel is severely understaffed, and the existing staff members are highly unprofessional and poorly trained. 3. Limited Breakfast Options: The breakfast selection was extremely limited. I would strongly recommend avoiding the breakfast at the hotel and instead eating at a nearby restaurant. 4. Lack of Basic Hospitality: The staff seemed unaware of standard hospitality practices. On several occasions, they forgot to provide basic items like bottled water or pickles with meals. 5. No Room Service: Room service was not available at all during my stay, which was very inconvenient. 6. No Live Concert: The hotel advertised live concerts, but there were none held during my stay. Ironically,. 7. Lack of Basic Amenities: Basic room amenities were not provided unless requested multiple times. This includes essentials that should have been available by default I would not recommend Hotel Panorama Haveli to anyone comfortable and professional hotel experience.

Facilities were perfectly maintained, view from the terrace and rooftop to the Ganguar Ghat was adorable. Yes, if you are coming with your own car, you need to take care of the parking otherwise without provate vehicle, the hotel management is excellent.

Roof top restaurant is awesome. Food is good. They also provide drinks but little expensive but worth it. Lake view room is there but okaish just a small window from which u can see lake. Service is good. There is a general pay and park where you can park your car from there hotel is 700 mtrs approx 3-5 mts walk

Panorama Haveli Hotel, the location very good. The hotel manager did not cooperation in room Cleaning and bathroom essentials damaged. However the hotel rooftop kitchen breakfast, lunch and dinner was good delicious taste.

The hotel's location was near the lake Pichola. The staffs were cooperative and polite. They provided an extra bed for the kid. but one thing I want to say is that when I asked for bathroom sleepers they denied . and I asked for fruits in breakfast which is quite frequent and normal in meals but it was also available in all three days of our stay.
