Rooms were clean but the pillows and bedsheet had stains on them. Shower heads are 75% choked which makes it difficult while having bath. Breakfast options are extremely limited.

Very average in comparison to the prize paid. Flush not working. Not many food options. Furniture feels average.

Bed is so soft that it bothers you whole night. No basic toiletries provided and once you ask they give. Food options including breakfast items are poor. Idli served was thick and hard and after arguing they served fresh ones. Not recommended for the price they charge.

overpriced for rooms. The room policy is a little weird, like they charge based on the number of people rather than rooms.

bad rooms and bathrooms dirty dusty room. not at all recommended for family . no food available if you reach late.

Not up to standard. 1) bathrooms were not cleaned & also not maintained properly 2) we requested multiples times for refilling the hand wash & was never done till our check out. 3) sleepers were not provided even after requesting 3-4 times.. at last they bought only one pair of sleeper for four guest. Come on its basic thing we expect from Brand like Ginger. 4) Not much variety in breakfast if compared with Ginger in other cities we stayed earlier.

the stay was average, food in the breakfast buffet was okay but not up to the expectations considering the Ginger hotels brand. There is definitely a scope for improvement in the room cleanliness and food quality.

The room allocated first having door lock issue, replaced with a new one. The new room sounds not used for many days.

Hotel room was neat and clean. Staff is also well mannered. Everyone was giving the best service they could provide to customers. Food was also clean with timely delivery.

Room condition is very shabby. Bed sheets, blanket, cover, and towel are very dirty. Intercom was not working. I had to visit reception to lodge the complaint. It took more than 30 mins to fix the intercom. In the bathroom, the bathing area is very tight. The bathroom was very dirty. Room service is also very poor.

room service was very slow, had to call 5 times to remind them to give me extra pillow plus hair oil. Next day morning I wasnt keeping well so asked them if they can serve me breakfast in the room n they were rude n denied. the food was way extremely expensive
