Not bad, just an average stay

Wonderful stay with lots of happy moments! The highlight was their sweet gesture of offering free milk for our baby. Truly thoughtful!

Good stay. But the hotel is understaffed. Else the rooms are good and neat and clean. The staff behaviour is good.

Nice hotel

Hotel Zeeras Varanasi is my choice of stay in Varanasi. It is suitably located and is very calm and quiet. Breakfast is also reasonably spread. The staff is courteous and helpful and the rates are also reasonable. I would recommend this place to stay in Varanasi.

We arrived at the hotel around 3:00 PM, but to our surprise, the room was still not ready. After a long wait of nearly an hour, we were finally allotted a room on the fifth floor, which turned out to be uncomfortably hot due to a malfunctioning AC. After lodging a complaint, the staff did shift us to another room, but by then, we were already exhausted from a five-hour road journey. The room change process added unnecessary stress to our arrival. As for the food, it was just okay — nothing remarkable. Overall, it was a mediocre experience. The staff did respond to issues, but the initial inconvenience and lack of preparedness made our stay less than pleasant.

Location and food is good but amenities and services are poor. Bath tub is not in good condition also AC is not working properly. Even after informing at reception no one attend the bath tub issues. Due to falilure in providing amenities Make my trip should refund the money.

Room AC not working, i facing problem over night but no response from hotel staff. After mid night they changed the room. Very terrible experience
