Absolutely outstanding. Beautiful property, simple and comfortable rooms, very quiet and peaceful, and a decent pool. The staff is extremely prompt and helpful, and everything from parking, to in-room dining, to the check-in procedure was a breeze

It’s very nice experience with my family. It’s 4th time visit to banana country in last 10 years. Overall it’s good amenities now swimming fool and little gardens have need maintenance. My stay on week days so full peace.

Location of the property is very good. Rooms were not very clean. Geyser was not working in our room, they had to get hot water for us. Tea supplies were not kept in the room. Rooms do not have phone, difficult to reach out front desk. Service is okay.

Property is old need maintenance the telephone was not working tv was inoperative due to no recharge very silly reason the linen towels were not clean but staff is excellent and very cooperative food was good the property is surrounded by green nature

Good but needs upgrade

Property is good but needs upgrade because it’s pretty old. Staff spend lot of effort taking care of people. If facilities are upgraded to modern standards then they don’t need to spend that much manual efforts. Equipments. Linen, bathroom, internet etc needs upgrade. Otherwise resort is good and we had good stay.

We stayed just for a night on our way to bangalore. Reached at 9pm. Took 15 minutes to give us a room. The room was a disaster. The consistent smell, quality of linen, general housekeeping was pathetic. We were too tired to asked for a room replacement but didn't hope of getting anything better at more than 5k per night this is absolutely not worth.
