firstly when m book a hotel i specially mentioned for extra mattress but that hotel velvet staff said to me there is charge for extra bedding , i said that’s ok when u was booked a hotel for stay i already mentioned for extra mattress but they are not given . when my small kid 7 years old going for breakfast he is picking up 2 stuff bread for ground floor to 2nd floor hotel staff given to kid small plate with 2 stuff bread given to kid plate was very hot & hotel staff can’t see this small plate given to kid , they give him a big plate so my kid hand don’t getting hurt .. so thank you first time m disappointed 🙏
