Mr. Epic front desk manager helped us with quick check inn. We stayed inn garden suite which was decent but bath room shower was bit disappointing. Bed room and hall was spacious. Property is clean and well managed. During our stay swimming pool was under maintenance. It has direct beach acess but the kuta beach is not very clean. Big draw back of the property is their indian food is not at all good. They have two items for breakfast which is not at edible. Their about 20% of room guest are indian still they don't have one commi level indian chef who can prepare basic food for indians. They need total improvement in food. Check out was again smooth they provided us with free transport to airport. Overall property is good. Dosa served at holiday inn baruna

It was good stay. All the amenities are there. Room with ocean view is not really with proper ocean view, probably because it’s little away from ocean but yet close although just next to the ocean. It’s not a private beach and the beach is not very neatly maintained. Pool area and food is good. They have gaming and kids-zone too which is great. Very close to airport and the main kuta beach or kuta art market is 30 mins walk along the sea side ( it’s a nice walk. Cleaning of the room is average, they dint bother to change the used cups and glasses if not told but overall it was good experience. Restaurant staff is awesome and they took care of kid very nicely

Very good stay, very cooperative staff. The team hospitality was above expectations one can look for except for some limitations which were beyond their capacity. Only concern point was the dinner which was a set menu. When you stay long you tend to get bored eating same thing every day. When we requested they tried to accommodate our concern but to their limitations. Full marks to holiday inn team for making our stay comfortable.

Location is good and for Indian tourist.. good market place nearby and Indian good joints. Good excellent esp Indian food in the Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali restaurant . Property is neat and clean and well maintained. Very polite staff.

The amenities, environment, staff and food were all good. There were some minor niggles in the room (like wash basin not draining, flush getting stuck etc.) but otherwise the Holiday Inn Resort Baruna Bali was overall very good.

Holiday inn Baruna is excellent property, sea vie is good, very well maintained resort with a open restaurant in a Central Park . Very well maintained & excellent staff & services . A highly recommended property

The food was excellent. The location was convenient. We found multiple activities, more than we expected. The bathtub was small and was only for the use of kids, not for adults. Staff was also friendly.
