We spent 2 nights at the hotel. Most staff were very friendly & helpful. The roof was nice…but the bar selection was limited. It is located a short walk from many areas that were nice to visit.

One thing that annoyed me the was after given directions to the beach I was told not to come back up the same way because it would be very hard climbing the steps. I was given directions another way that lead us through an area where the ferry’s come in and all the shops were. Only problem was it was just as many steps back up to the roadway were you can catch a bus. This was a lot more walking and climbing. I feel we were told to go this way only to try and get us to the shopping the area.when I told the lady at the front desk that it would have been easier just to come back the way we went she said” for you maybe “. The way back was extremely difficult. I don’t recommend that anyone do this.I feel this was just a money grab.

We stayed at Zi Teresa during our Sep 2024 Italy trip with kids. Hotel is amazing - it has friendly staff , clean and spacious rooms , great breakfast , swimming pool and terrace to chill. Location is just 7-8 mins walk from train station and 15 mins walk from the main beach. Safe and quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend.

Zi Teresa has the cutest pool, where we spent hours every day, despite being in the middle of Sorrento. We had a huge balcony with a view of Naples. There's also a rooftop lounge with view of Vesuvius. The hotel is modest, but checks all the boxes. Our 2nd stay there, will go again.

They try to charge you for everything even for the pool towels they charge 3 euro and if they are wat they charge again 3 euro parking 30 euro breakfast very cheap only one elevator for 4 people and very slow

The place is very average. There is nothing much going for it except the location which has easy accessibility. Everything looks very old inside. The A/C was subpar and the room didn’t cool down all night. WiFi is very bad and breakfast isn’t great. There is a decent pool and staff is okay. Parking is convenient but very expensive

Beautiful rooftop view with bar service starting at 6pm - cannot bring byob/snacks but great Aperol spritz brought with pesto sandwiches. Limited space at the pool - pool closed by 6pm - small size pool - good temperature to cool off - ground floor pool not rooftop - snacks/bar by pool to purchase(reserved tables to sit for snacks that pool patrons cannot use despite limited seating). Rent towels for 3euros each (I think) for your stay. Pool right next to street which has minimal traffic but noisy when cars go by - polizia right across road as well as popular restaurant that attracts line ups. Rooms small but comfortable enough for myself and 2 teens (6’4”/5’5”). Beds a little short if you’re tall. Balconies all have a view which is spectacular. Easy to walk places - approx 20 min from Piazza Tasso and marina. Bus system cheap and easy to get from marina 2euros pp to top or close to hotel so you don’t have to walk up hill. Breakfast (7-10am) was just ok - limited offerings - but of course great espresso drinks. Old school keys that you leave at the desk when you go out which was weird at first but nice not to worry to lose it.
