Travel Month: Jan 20255.0choon t.family_with_children It was a lovely place to stay. We loved the quiet ambience and the good Onsen baths. Dinner buffet options were good.
Travel Month: Dec 2024The hotel was conveniently located at the entry road into Kurokawa Onsen. The breakfast and dinner buffets were great. We were able to easily visit or Onsen in the area from the hotel.
Travel Month: Dec 2024There are many different choices of onsens in the ryokan. The staff are excellent as well, their english proficiency is one of the best I’ve seen as well. Although there were some incidents at the start when we check in, the staffs are very efficient at dealing with it.
Overall I’ll recommend anyone who visits Kurokawa onsen to give this ryokan a try

Travel Month: May 2024Services of staff are really good. But the breakfast offering can be improved, the design they create not just for local, should consider much options for international guest.
Travel Month: Apr 2024Great value. Beautiful facility. Good service. Buffet dinner and breakfast were especially enjoyable. Variety of onsens on site. They even have a rooftop telescope for stargazing.
Only con was the Japanese rooms do not have any shower or tub. Nowhere to take a shower in your room. You must go to the onsen and be naked in front of others to bathe. I'm not sure where one would go if they were uncomfortable with that.
Travel Month: Apr 20245.0cheuk y.family_with_children Highly recommend for those coming with toddler and young kids, given their dinner n breakfast are in buffet style, which come with Japanese n western style, raw and cooked food are in above average quality. However , if you are couples that are looking for more high quality of food n experience, this is not your place, cause it doesn't offer in-room dining.
Private Onsen is first come first serve basis. They come with 5 public onsens.

Travel Month: Nov 2023雖然酒店有点年份，但保養良好，整潔。員工服務很好。晚上自助餐令人兴奋，不同的酒類免费任飲，大量優質和牛及刺生供應。一泊兩食雖然有点小贵，但物超所值😉
Travel Month: Feb 2025在黑川溫泉地區「優彩」算是最大間的溫泉飯店，泉池許多且早晚男女池會交換，可泡好好泡滿！晚餐自助餐式，菜色不錯！
Travel Month: Feb 2025飯店是當地房間數量最多的，男女湯屋每天都會交換，也有私人湯屋，先到先使用，一次一小時。晚餐採自助餐形式，品質不錯，房間有和洋室的選擇，整體滿意度佳。
Travel Month: Feb 2025숙소는 깨끗하나 너무 오래되어 낡은 느낌.. 료칸이니까 이해함. 가족탕은 깨끗하지 않아 사용하는데 좀 그랬습니다. 뷔폐와 석식은 괜찮았습니다. 가격에 비해 만족스럽지는 않았지만 나쁘지 않았습니다.
Travel Month: Jan 2025相當舒適的溫泉旅館，是次安排的露台河景房間既寛敞、優美又寧靜，可以讓人好好的享受一個溫泉假期，自助餐的選擇亦算多。唯獨只有兩個私人溫泉風侶，輪侯的時間可能較長，這點需要注意一下。

Travel Month: Jan 2025去年のリピートで泊まりました。食事の質が下がったかな。朝食で牛乳とヨーグルトのボトルがあったのに今年は無くなってました。また、チェックインで30分以上待ったりと去年より少し残念になってたかも。屋上の望遠鏡も楽しみにしてましたがメンテナンス中ということで残念でした。温泉は良かったです。あと中トロも美味しかった。
