Kaunas Hotel is located right in the heart of Kaunas and just few steps from the oldest part of the city. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful - there was no problem with earlier check-in (3 house before standard time) and a bit later check-out. The rooms are spacious and pretty nice with free Wi-Fi access, clean bathroom (however not top modern) and minibar. Very good breakfast buffet included in the rate. Good equipped gym room for free use and small indoor pool/jacuzzi. Overall very nice property.

There is a small pool and sauna available for free to the visitors. And a pretty nice gym. Breakfast was very good with wide choice of hot and cold dishes served in good looking basement. Room was OK, tv can be bigger. Locked parking space only for customers.

The Hotel Kaunas is located on the main promenade of Kaunas, around the rest of the pubs, shops etc. The Hotel Kaunas is in a tenement house consisting of a few stairs. I reserved a Deluxe room but it was overly cramped. From the plus large windows from floor to ceiling both in the room as well as the bathroom with a view on the promenade. For an upgraded room very economical. Good breakfast
