Horrible room service and room. Staff was all good only the lady on front desk her behaviour was very rude. I have asked her Toilet paper she didn’t provide . Room were not cleaned Aunt & inspects were found in room. Rooms were very small.

There are two hotels of same name nearby and they are excellent to stay in, from hotel you can easily go to kl sentral mall and metro, train, food and shops are there in the mall. The hotel is in little india, so you get good food options. The hotel staff is very helpful.

Surrounding areas have a lot of indian food options as well. The hotel staff are friendly and approachable. The rooms were also quite good and budget friendly place.

Excellent location, great city view. Best part is that the KL Sentral station and mall is just round the corner. Clean rooms. The rooms are cleaned every day and toiletries are provided. Prefer room with a window.

Staff is very good and cooperative. Always willing to help. Room provided was very small. Only one out of three lights working in room. Room was without any view outside. Bathroom door can't lock because it is broken. Since we were out most of the time so all above don't matter much but would have been better experience if room was good.

Good decent stay. I am from india and i had stayed here for about 1 week. Rooms were clean, and well maintained. All amenities were provided as promised. Main point is that it is near kl sentral and its the centre point to all places and all tourist spots were easliy accessible.

The My Hotel @ Sentral is in little india, so you get good food options. The My Hotel @ Sentral staff is very helpful.
