DoubleTree by Hilton Shah Alam i-City

it was a great stay, extremely comfortable room and highly courteous staff. a small feedback on the bfast buffet- for a guest like me who stayed for a week, rotations are very important as it gets pretty monotonous pretty soon. Rotations were not done very well, e.g. the baos were exactly the same for the whole week, they could have done sui mai, dim sum, and rotated with baos. Was a bit disappointed with that.

Conveniently located next to i-city mall. Comfortable rooms with a good view. However, vegetarian options in breakfast needs to be reviewed, and the menu needs to be revised for that. The staff is nice, efficient and courteous.

I had a comfortable stay in Doubletree, very polite n helpful staff, with a very delicious spread for breakfast… super happy with my stay 😇
