Royal Tulip Muscat

It's a great Royal Tulip Muscat, staff are so polite and approachable and professional. Facilities are perfect, roof top pool, restaurant, steam room sauna gym. And the views are great. Rooms clean and comfortable with everything you can need, and staff more than happy to provide you with anything you require. Just specify about smoking and non smoking rooms. I was accidentally put on a smoking floor which was not good if you are not a smoker. Gladly they switched my room the next day

The property is rather new and definitely very clean. Location is quite convenient and not far from anywhere you’d like reach in muscat. Stuff is super friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite big and comfortable, the king bed is a really king bed in matter of size, no compromise. Pillows could be of better quality and breakfast options could be more (however they have all the essentials, including life omelet station) but overall you cannot wish for more considering what the charge.

The stay was good except for the invoices from mm t which was a major goof up from mm t side despite giving two names for two rooms invoices came in a single room we are colleagues and we need to submit two different bills and the name has to appear in the invoices as a proof of our travel and what’s the point in giving one bill for two rooms i will never ever book any rooms hereafter through mmt. Please read my feedback

Royal tulip is a nice and modern Royal Tulip Muscat. Their facilities are all in working order and they charge very reasonable for that. The location of the Royal Tulip Muscat is quite convenient, if you are reaching it from airport, and also Royal Tulip Muscat serves good breakfast. There are some downsides too however - rooms windows may overlook nothing but walls, and their pillows (not beds) could be improved.

The property is nicely maintained and staff is extremely courteous. Food options are excellent and it also has club house, gym, sona etc. Overall a very nice experience and recommended for business travellers and also family stays

We were group of families and with kid. Staff so very cooperative and nice. They guided us about the local sights and food places. Food was very delicious and fresh. Overall it was worth for money.

Rooms were clean and beautiful. We booked for twin bed but received king size bed. Also after well advance booking got the city view instead sea view.

Wonderful experience, impressed with the courteous staff and the hospitality provided. The rooftop pool is amazing!

The property was great including the service, the health club- jacuzzi, steam and sauna, and the breakfast spread was great!

Staffs should be flexible as they weren’t supporting to extend swimming pool timing from 8 pm to 9 pm even though we checked in at 7. 30 pm

It was a very nice place and very friendly staff, the place was also clean, neat and near all places that yiu want to visit in muscat
