Hotel is an excellent location. Easy to walk to major malls and shopping within minutes. Good connectivity using the Grab Bikes to get around. The staff are very friendly , polite and helpful. Food was very good as well for Breakfast served as a buffet.

The service was horrible. They entrance lobby was very grand and nice, but once u get on the floors. It’s not maintained. And the carpets was smelling a lot to the point where we started getting headache’s. The rooms were very old and i got some bed bugs. It was a terrible stay apart from the near shopping mall sites. I won’t recommend it again and will never stay at this hotel again. Not worth the amount. And the breakfast was horrible. If u reach at 9 and the foods are almost over, and they closes by 10 btw. U won’t get anything. They won’t serve u again even if u ask. That’s the worst breakfast service i’ve ever came across in my life.

The location was great. Platinum mall was walking distance. Plenty of malls and eating options all around. The service and the staff were par excellence. The food at the cafe was great too as was the breakfast spread. The only downside was the rooms. They are a bit archaic. The wall to wall carpeting smells musty, the furniture is a bit creaky, the light switches stick occasionally and the bathroom can definitely get an uplift. Especially the tap fittings! But the bed was comfortable and since we were out a lot it didn't bother us that much. Overall a good place which would be the best if they upgraded the room decor a bit!

We stayed in 17th floor. Room was very nice and clean. Bathroom is clean but shower facilities are outdated. Swimming pool is on 4th floor. Breakfast is acceptable.

I don't remember but I regularly travel to Bangkok and since 12 years I'm staying in the same Arnoma Hotel Bangkok because I liked the service, breakfast and the most important thing the location of the Arnoma Hotel Bangkok.

Great location. Lots of malls n shopping areas nearby. BTS is a short walk away
