The stay was very nice and peaceful, away from the hustle and bustle. The Golf Kart service was a life-saver so we didn’t have to climb steep slopes. The staff was always so kind and smiling, especially the boy at the reception who helped with recommendations

Beautiful property but needs maintenance. Only reason i am giving the property 4 star is because we got a good deal on mmt, 1800 baht for 1 room per night. Rooms were spacious and the property was huge & pretty, however, rooms needed upkeep. Our room’s lock broke down which they replaced as soon as we complained. Service by staff can be improved significantly as no body is bothered. They didn’t change bed linen even in 4 days. Nobody cleaned the staircase leading up to the room. We went to the restaurant for dinner, it was so difficult to place the order as staff was not at all bothered and enjoying among themselves, though we were the only customers there.

Pleasant stay, picturesque property. Good ambiance and staff is ok. They help you in best possible way. All visiting destinations are within reach. Cove beach resort is just walking distance, where you can enjoy snorkeling. Must do activity.

I booked this hotel for 2 days stay and left the hotel within 19 hours of my stay. It's that pathetic. I booked the hotel seeing the authentic side of the hotel. It has a lot of greenery and has all wooden furniture etc. While all that stands true but this Resort lacks a lot many basic things. Dirty washrooms and rooms. The washrooms have a bathtub which does not look clean. Although after complaining the staff says all bathroom are like this. The bathroom tiles are dirty and soiled. You would obviously not feel very clean after using the washroom cozy the tiles look so dirty. Spider webs all over the place. There are spider webs everywhere. Bathroom, ceiling, room everywhere Lack of WiFi in this era we all expect our rooms to have WiFi but, they only provide WiFi in public areas which is useless as their public areas are kind of spooky have NK fans or amenities hence you won't even want sitting in those areas. Lack of basic facilities as I had been out for about 15 days my travel size toothpaste got exhausted and thus I asked at the reception for the dental kit. But to my surprise even after being such a big Resort they do not provide a dental kit which is generally provided by every hotel. No bathroom door. The bathroom door is just a division of the room and the bathroom. But the door has no lock. Its also not a proper door as the door has these big ventilation gaps which allow the smell from the bathroom to pass in the room as well. Communication gap, the staff is pathetic in English. They can't communicate at all in English. You will be stuck in explaining things to them and understanding them. No first aid kits. My husband got ill because of the hotel. He had a high fever but the hotel didn't have any basic medication, not even a thermometer. And they didn't even want to help us find a pharmacy nearby. They can let you die and not even care.
