Disappointing Stay at Recenta Suite Sualuang Phuket

I recently stayed at recenta Suite Sualuang Phuket and unfortunately, the experience was quite disappointing. The service was poor and unresponsive — despite multiple requests, the staff failed to provide basic items like bath soap and slippers. Connectivity was another major issue. The location is quite isolated, making it difficult to get around without your own transportation. There’s also a serious lack of amenities, which makes the stay feel far from comfortable or convenient. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to travelers looking for comfort, good service, or easy access to local attractions.

It was amazing stay. Pool was amazing. Rooms were very spacious. Location was good. Very near to Old Phuket. Just 4 kms. I highly recommend this property to all the family and couples.

Booked a Deluxe Suit. Romm size was big and rooms and bathroom were clean. Hotel doesn't have a restaurant but you can order food from Grab & Foodpanda. Checkin is only allowed at 2pm. Staff is very nice. Only con about this hotel is that it is not located on main road like if you want to buy anything, then there is no option around the property for at 500m.

A very poorly managed motel

Rooms are not worth spending this much in Phuket, i felt like it’s a two star hotel, staffs are neither friendly nor trained, when i reached property no welcome drink was offered not even a courtesy smile that we are happy to have you here, breakfast is not good at all and same breakfast was served all days. And staff are so poorly trained that they gave me a room where a guest was already living and i only found out after entering the room. Not a good hotel

Hotel is good all room cleanniness is good but the issue is food for indians. Particularly vegetarians. We stayed with a group of 7 members out of which 3 where vegetarians. All the dishes are non veg and it was very difficult for us to manage. Even the non vegetarians in our group did not like the food. We just had bread and fruits and juice and finished our stay of 3 days. The hotel food is not for indians so indians please stay away from this hotel

We had to pay extra money for early check-in even though we had requested for it well in advance. The room was vacant when we reached so they could have easily given it to us. Otherwise, the hotel is very well maintained and exceeded our expectations.

Very bad experience while staying at this property. Staffs are way too much rude and not helping. One of them with red yellow teeth needs to learn customer support behaviour. He refused to take our luggage to the room saying front desk will be vacated if he leaves and in 10mins when we came downstairs for drive to the market he was literally sitting with the guard and laughing. We asked 10 times for hand soap everytime they have new excuse or behave like they don’t understand basic english. They barely have staffs at night and i don’t know why the hotel manager n owner not working on cleaning and keeping more staffs. I would never recommend to stay here unless you have mistakenly booked it
