I need refund. This hotel didn't entertain MMT voucher. Owner of this hotel has changed. Old owner is still taking booking and fooling innocent people like us. I need refund of my both bookings for this hotel. 2 rooms for 2 nights ... I want my money back.

The location of the resort is far from Bangla Road, though on the website they say it's on Patong. The rooms were not clean and the front office person were not very helpful. I would not recommend tourists to stay there.

Overall experience is very good along with family. If you are vegetarian you need to take food along with you else have bread butter and jam in breakfast. Rooms were neat and clean. English Language is problem for staff. Breakfast is very good. Please hire two wheeler for roam around in Phuket.

It was a very pleasant stay at Club Coconut Resort Phuket. The resort is in the midst of Phuket town, Nanai Road. It is very close to the Patong Beach. The rooms are good. The food is good and cheap. The only two issues that I faced is that the receptionist did not understand English but she was very caring. And there was no WiFi network available inside the room. So every time we need to go to the resort restaurant to connect to WiFi.

The hotel staff was excellent and helpful. The hotel owner was very friendly and guided us well. The hotel is located at a nice location away from the fuzz yet very near to the happening areas so as such the entire duration of the stay was nice peaceful yet very much fun-loving. Would surely like to stay here on my Next trip.
