The bed frame squeaks terribly and is worn and out of date. There needs to be more towel bars in bathroom and places to set your things. Furniture in room is dated and not attractive and worn, also needs addition places to set things down. Mini kitchen does not have decaf coffee or tea.

The people at the hotel working to make your stay pleasant are the best! From the reception desk to the breakfast staff to the cleaning staff fabulous people. Very beautiful surroundings, comfortable quiet best for adult adults and families.

The service was excellent from maids, waitresses, pool support to front desk. Food was very good and the Continental breakfast was excellent with several choices for any dietary needs including made to order omelettes. Definitely first class organization. We are both appreciative of the entire staff for their efforts and consideration of their guests.

Understaffed. Service was horrible. You have to ask multiple times for coffee in the morning. You wait 45 to 60 minutes for simple order. There is only one kitchen and the menu is limited

Loved the location. It is not in the middle of the crowds in Grace Bay, and although it is a bit of a walk, it is still close enough to walk to. The beach is much wider than other areas. We never had trouble securing a chair on the beach or at the pool. Every employee we encountered was helpful and a joy to deal with.

Be cautious of this property. While checking out the attendant let us know we had $80 in charges, which we knew of as we had ordered drinks one night. She verified last four digits of our card and processed the payment. When she gave our receipt it was not for $80, it was for $6427 and for a different room…not our room. She said she would cancel it and it wouldn’t clear on our card, just pend. It did pend for 3 days then fully cleared. We were then issued a refund. It didn’t stop there. A second charge for $6427 showed up and pended for over a week. No apology given and no attempt to go above and beyond to make this right. Does this property not realize when there are charges pending/holding on a card/account that they are unavailable to the user? For a week and a half we had thousands and thousands of dollars tied up and unavailable. What if my family had other bills to pay or an emergency? I doubt the property gives a care in the world the hardship this could cause. To some this may not have been a big deal, but to others this obscenely large amount of money erroneously charged TWO times would be devastating while waiting for it all to resolve. WBC did not seem bothered or phased and makes me wonder if they’ve done this before. Be careful with this property, had we not caught this then we would have had over 12 thousand dollars in charges that weren’t ours. I’m sure this borders on illegal and fraudulent misconduct. Most horrendous service I’ve ever encountered.

Truly lovely hotel, beautifully landscaped. The boardwalk to the beach is stunning, comfortable sun loungers, plenty of staff and a great beach bar. There are comfy seats and a firepit for the evening. The inclusive breakfast is excellent, many choices and options. The location means you will need a taxi in the evening for restaurants but that is no problem. We stayed for 2 weeks in a studio room, it was lovely. The bathroom was large and the bed was super king size. Would recommend.

We really had the best time. Room was absolutely amazing. We came here to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches. Resort is more on the quieter side which is what we were looking for. Daily breakfast was good. We also had a rental car which allowed us to see more of the island. Found some secluded beaches and were able to also go to different restaurants. Although the food at the resort was great too

It was good, rooms were very clean and we had a nice oceanfront view. It’s a notch down in terms of luxury, certainly not the same feel as Wymara or Shore Bay Club but also less $$. Facilities are just a little dated but still very nice, food is good and beachfront location is beautiful.
