Front office staff need to be professional in thei work.

The property as a whole is neat and clean. My only negative was the front office staff they were talking giggling between them, making fun of each other's seems not attentive to what i was trying to ask them. The front office is the face of the DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf need to be more professional.

Everything was excellent including staff. Excellent hospitality.Wonderful staff. Only the breakfast needs little variation.Though the Indian cuisine was changing each day, the other cuisines were the same every day.The taste indeed was perfect.

Nice DoubleTree by Hilton Dubai Al Jadaf with clean rooms. Great location and lots of super markets and food options around. Walkable distance to the metro and taxis available at convenience.
