Lotus Grand Hotel

I’ve had the pleasure of staying at this Lotus Grand Hotel multiple times, and each visit reaffirms why I keep returning. The reception staff on duty during my check-in day greeted me warmly and recognized me as a returning guest, which made me feel truly valued. The Lotus Grand Hotel always maintains a high standard of cleanliness and relaxation. I would like to give a special mention to Ms. Anu from housekeeping. She was really sweet, attentive, and respectful, always ensuring my needs were met with a smile. Her dedication to her work made a positive impact on my experience. HOWEVER, I WAS A BIT DISSAPOINTED DURING MY CHECK OUT. Just because it was my last day in the Lotus Grand Hotel, the receptionist on-duty seemed less engaged and have given me less priority. The level of service DROPPED compared to the previous days, which left a less-than-ideal final impression. While I understand that they are busy with the other guests, CONSISTENT HOSPITALITY should extend through the entire stay, including the final day. Overall, my stays have been amazing, and I look forward to returning. I hope the Lotus Grand Hotel continues to uphold its high standards of hospitality.

My stay at the Lotus Grand Hotel was truly exceptional, surpassing all my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the elegantly decorated lobby, I was captivated by the warm ambiance and the friendly staff who greeted me with genuine smiles. The room was a spacious oasis, featuring plush furnishings, stunning views of the city skyline, and all the modern amenities one could desire. Each morning, I enjoyed a delicious breakfast spread that included freshly baked pastries and locally sourced fruits. The facilities, including the relaxing spa and the inviting pool area, provided the perfect backdrop for unwinding after a day of exploration. Overall, it was a memorable experience that I will cherish for a long time.
