The worst hotel i hve ever stayed in

They first gave me a room where there were couple of problems like water leakage in the bathroom, window was not closing, tv was not opening etc. When i complained over call, they said they can’t change the room. When i went to reception and complained they finally agreed. For the next day, they provided room, which i thought would be nice, but that was another nightmare. The ac was not working. It was so suffocating inside the room. The wifi was the worst wifi i have ever used. It was such a horrible experience. I don’t understand how-come they provide a room to customers where the ac is not at all working at least in a city like dubai where ac is the basic need for a room, if possible to give zero star, i would give zero to them.

Location is the best to select this hotel. Because three metro stations and bus stations are very near. The airport can be reached by taxi within 15 minutes, otherwise, you can use other options like bus or metro.

Poor maintenance and service

Poor management. Room key card did not work and was given the only master Key of that room door. This Key had to be returned to the reception whenever we went out. Rooms were not cleaned for 2 days. Had to call several times and get the room cleaned on the third day. Same follow up and calls to get water, clean towels etc. Room air was not fresh. It was dusty and I immediately got allergy. Very old and used towels. Even the bed spreads, quilts were old and worn out. Not enough lighting in the room. And hardly any plug points. Very lazy and laid back staff. Even after contacting in advance for early check-in and getting confirmation, room was provided only on time. Reason they were trying to get the door work and it was not fixed even at the end of our stay. Terrible tour desk. Better places available nearby. Poor maintenance. Decent location, nothing else about the hotel.
