Had an amazing time in sofitel. We got a room with the other side of the view, not the burj view. We requested to get the burj view and got shifted, the Sofitel Dubai Downtown Hotel- Next to Dubai Mall staff made it possible inspite of the busy bookings and the Sofitel Dubai Downtown Hotel- Next to Dubai Mall being full. Most friendly and sweet staff who greet you with warmth everytime.

I traveled to Dubai and chose the downtown area location and I couldn't have taken a better Sofitel Dubai Downtown Hotel- Next to Dubai Mall than Sofitel. The courtesy of the staff is beyond compare and the cleanliness is 5-star quality or more. The view from the rooms are what you would expect and honestly as we say it's an Instagram worthy place.

The stay at sofitel downtown was amazing. The staff was sue-pr nice and very friendly. The rooms are spacious. The Sofitel Dubai Downtown Hotel- Next to Dubai Mall is connected to the dubai mall, literally 15 minutes walk. Overall, loved the stay at sofitel. Would love to come back again.
