The staff were extremely polite and cooperative, ensuring a smooth and pleasant stay from the moment I arrived. One of the highlights was the complimentary room upgrade, which was much appreciated. The city view from the room was simply exceptional, offering a stunning glimpse of Dubai’s skyline. The breakfast spread was delicious and well-prepared, though I would like to suggest increasing the vegetarian options to cater better to guests with dietary preferences. Overall, I would confidently rate Tower Plaza Hotel five stars for its hospitality, location, and service quality. I look forward to staying here again in the future.

I recently stayed at Hotel tower plaza ,and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, ensuring that all our needs were met with a smile. The room was clean, spacious, and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights of the trip was the food. The on-site restaurant offered a fantastic selection of dishes, both local and international. Everything we tried was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. Overall, I had a great time at Hotel tower plaza and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay with excellent food.

The stay was good. Initially the room they alloted sofa was in bad condition. so room was changed. Otherwise it was a. nice The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai at a very good location to stay ,just walking distance to Metro . In breakfast there was not much for vegetarians

The experience was pleasant just that services requested during the stay would take time considering the number of floors in the The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai. Overall I would recommend the stay at the tower plaza just for its location and view.

property was very nice .. right next to metro station... breakfast was good with indian option .. overall excellent stay... check in and check out was very smooth.. my kids enjoyed pool with hot jacuzzi.. will definitely book again

The The Tower Plaza Hotel Dubai location is very good , Lift is the big problem and you have to plan your leaving the room

It was heartly nd peace. Wanted a solo stay for my b’day and the staff were kind enough to give provide me the best city view.

Nice location and appreciate the room comfort.. The front office and all staff are very polite. The only suggestion is they should have more options for kids meal
